About

Welcome to P & D Sales and Service LLC

Paul and Deena Anderson’s lives changes forever when they purchased Raymakers Inc. on April 7, 2008.  Paul had been a full-time employee of Raymakers for 17 years prior to purchasing the business.  The couple changed the name to P & D Sales and Service, LLC.

Paul grew up in Denmark, Wisconsin where he spent his middle and high school years working on his grandfather’s farm. Anderson also worked for various farms around the Denmark community.  After graduating from high school he started as a fulltime employee for Gary and Ellen Raymakers. As the years went by, it seemed they saw the dedication that Paul had for the company and their customers.  They knew when the day came to retire, they could trust that Anderson would be the person that could continue the business to the high standards that they built.

Paul’s wife, Deena, who had worked for Brown County Human Services as a case-worker for 13 years, decided to jump in with both feet and become an active member in the business in January of 2012.  Deena had very little knowledge of the agricultural industry, but found out that she is teachable.  The majority of the customers are willing to educate her… as they scan through the manuals in an attempt to find the part they need.  “I was very apprehensive about leaving my job, jumping into something I knew little to nothing about, but it has truly been the best, most rewarding thing I have ever done” says Deena.

Paul & Deena have two daughters. Kim works fulltime at Winland Foods and has a daughter, Kaydence, who is attending Pulaski Middle School.  Katie completed both her Bachelors & Masters degrees from UWSP and is employed fulltime at Bellin Health as a SLP. She recently got married to Cole Kirchman. Cole, after graduating from UWSP, is an Arborist with the City of Green Bay.  The couple are expecting their first baby in October. Update – Baby had other plans and arrived 2 1/2 weeks early, an unexpected, but pleasant surprise. They welcomed a beautiful little girl, Claire, into their family. All are fine and settling into a new life as a happy little family. Congratulations!!
